Harassment

Harassment is an abuse that can occur both in the family environment in the workplace or in school.

The Robert French language defined as harassing the verb:
1. subject to continuous repeated small attacks in rapid relentless assaults;
2. pressing, attacking repeatedly in order to exceed:
About a person:
a) exciting, attacking someone by teasing, hurtful words, criticize;
b) annoy someone by requests, solicitations, incentives.

I'll add these definitions insidiously by the verbal and / or non-verbal.

Apart from attacks written so diverted (mail, SMS), harassment is a process that can not be seen. It is imperceptible to those who are not concerned by the situation. Only the victim is aware of the psychological aggression. When she tries to somehow express what she suffers, the environment does not understand or do not take seriously its charge. Moreover, the harasser has the subtlety to reverse the situation in his favor by putting the victim for an unbalanced person, and say that in fact the real victim is him.

The stalker is a manipulator labeled as a pervert or narcissistic. It is a figure of more toxic to the victim. When I set the harasser, it includes 18 skills of toxic people: it is denigrator, fugitive, mother, victim, hypocritical, exploitative tyrant, joker, liar, key-on, self-absorbed, Pharisee, competitor, domineering, critical, ice at times, paranoid and troublemaker.
Profile: it is incompetent, lacks psychological autonomy, it is likely false and ludicrous. Its major assets are the seductive and very good social appearance.

The profile of the victim is very different from the harasser. This is a person who has skills, an aura. It is relevant and autonomous. It has a very good resilience. More importantly, it is different is its color, by disability, by his dress, by his intellectual or physical.

Unfortunately, this difference fanning hatred and aggression of the harasser may be a (e) colleague, supervisor or boss, spouse or parent.
